The Public Works Department (PWD) of Jammu & Kashmir has invited EPC bids for the construction of the PM Unity Ekta Mall at the Railhead Complex, Jammu, valued at Rs 113.42 crore. Prospective contractors are advised to independently evaluate all project requirements and specifications before submitting proposals. Designed to boost local trade and economic growth, the project has a bid submission deadline of September 9, 2026.
